This is a tutorial video about why a data management policy for IPBES is important and relates to the other artifact I uploaded (second version of the IPBES data and knowledge management policy). Starting from minute 11:36 the video explains why and how the second version of the policy differs from the first version and can give insights into how meaning is made through data managment policies.
