Linda is a first year PhD student at the University of Michigan School of Information, where she researches platform labor and cultures & ethics of software development, primarily using ethnographic and anthropological methods. Feminist STS thinking is hugely influential to her work, including in her current research on therapy professionals working for digital therapy platforms. Previously, she worked as a UX research consultant in NYC, and obtained her M.A. in Communication, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University. She is also invested in racial justice movements in tech & in her local community - and looking for ways to bring this work into her academic life.
